We stumbled across this restuarant on Opentable and thought we would give it a try. We were visiting from SF, and were looking forward to a nice romantic dinner together. We thought this might be a good choice. I was wrong. From the moment we walked through the door our experience went downhill. No one greeted us as we walked in. There was staff all around, most of them hanging out w/ other diners at the bar. And they were acting like college kids, laughing loudly, goofing off. We were taken aback by this. Online it sounded like a fine dining experience, this looked like some upscale college hangout. Five minutes went by before we were greeted and taken to our table. Our waiter was no better. He lacked professionalism and poise as a waiter. He was inconsistent, either constantly showing up to ask how our food was but never explaining anything. But when we needed his assistance for the bar, he was nowhere to be found. We eventually flagged down another waitress to attended to us immediately. The food was good, but to put up w/ the unprofessional service, it's not worth it. My boyfriend and I talked about this afterwards, if perhaps we've been spoiled w/ the professional waitstaff in SF and our standards are higher. But I think it was limited to this place alone. Among all the choices in that area and the price that you pay I would recommend something else. Pros: valet parking is only $2 Cons: ambience was lacking, staff was unprofessional, the drinks were weak (we had to send it back), the staff is inattentive
