Review content:
We called about a simple glass for small window and was told it needed to be ordered and had to wait a day for it. Called back because it didn't sound right and it turned out to be a mistake.( Lady in the front desk error)Glass cut first time crooked and wrong measurements. Brought back the glass and the owner would not admit error; just talks over you and argues. Brought second glass back home and installer says; glass is still wrong size. The owner is an old man that should not be cutting glass anymore with a shaky hand. The women in the front office are very unprofessional with bad attitudes that argue with customers. They will not admit error, and all this"" bringing back glass"" after cut wrong just waste peoples time during their busy day. Would not reccommend this place. Showroom size of a bathroom. Never experienced anything like this ever from a business. Try a glass place with 35 POSITIVE reviews not this place with none....
Cons: Poor work and very unprofessional
