When we first moved to Suffield we frequented this restaurant fairly often. Over a year ago, we ordered take-out where the meal was inedible as it was way over salted. I drove all the way back to complain and the owners did not want to give me a refund. They told me to ask for them the next time and THEY WILL TAKE CARE of it. His explanation was the maker of the breading for the chicken was responsible. HELLO - I could not eat it - what do I do go back to the maker of the breading? Needless to say, I have not returned and these folks do not know how to keep loyal customers.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Poor customer retention and spotty food quality
