Use this place at your own peril! They are unorganized and overpriced. I was planning a massive event in Arizona and this seemed to be the company to use. Their prices are seriously about 70-80% of what it costs to just purchase items outright (in some cases, they were actually more).
I don't mind paying a premium for good quality and excellent service but the quality of their furniture is EXACTLY the same as everything else in the area and the service is deplorable. It usually takes four phone calls and several emails just to get a return phone call and the NEVER answer the phone. There is always an excuse for why no one answers the phone but I am guessing they just run this out of a warehouse that also sells used U-hauls.
Finally... WATCH YOUR INVOICE! I was getting ready to okay my invoice when suddenly I noticed I was getting charged for things that either I did not order or that should have been included. One instance was that they charged me extra for garbage can lids. When I asked about this they told me it was because their clients have a habit of stealing them. REALLY?!? People steal garbage cans?
With a little searching, you can find FANTASTIC companies in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff and Cottonwood that cater to event rental needs. You will also find that their cost will be about 1/3 of what this place charges. Save some money, save some time and save your peace of mind - stay away from this company!
