I am shocked to see 4 stars on this company as I have had nothing less than a horrible experiance with both their real estate and constuction. I bought A new constuction home ( less than 3 yrs. old now) and do not have enough room here to tell you everything thats wrong. This is my first new home , paid $105.00 per sq. ft. $170,000.00 and got peeling paint, cracked walls in almost every room, brick falling off house, none of the windows close right with moisture damaged window sills, cracked concrete everywhere and I could go on and on. I made the mistake (among many with this purchase) of using A realator by the name of lazenby who was the sellers agent. She was only interested in pushing me to close before it was finished and making excuses for the shoddy workmanship. They even forgot to hookup the sewer to the main across the street !!! There was absolutly no thought on elavation or drainage as my neighbors would tell you. This was A brand new sub division, with only one house completed when I bought. There is no excuse for the way they do business. Stay away , Stay away, Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: They are not people you want to do buisiness with!!!
