I was seen in November 2006 for migraine headaches. It took several months to get in to see the Dr.Geiger. I waited in the waiting room for a long time. I was first seen by Dr,geiger's technician that was very nice and informative. He ran several test then had me wait back in the waiting room. I finally meet with Dr. Geiger after quite some time. He did not really speak to me and kept leaving the room. He became very rude and upset with me if he did not receive the answer he was looking for. He was very quick and did not seem to be very concerned with my problems. I noticed that the office is violating Hipaa laws and I witnessed my social security number several times in plain site for any one to see. I left there being told he did not see anything even though I have been diagnosed twice before. Even by another neurologist. He did not give me any advice for the futre on what to do if the problem persisted. I left there feeling it was a complete waste of my time.I did not get any information or relief then when I walked in his door.I went there for a QME visit and he is required to provide my attorney with a report in 60 days. He has not done this as of yet and is now over 2months behind. I can not get the treatment I need until he provides this report. I have been able to get more information and recommendations off the Imitrex website then I trained and certified Doctor. That is really terrible for the patients that come in contact with him. He is making patient deal with uncalled for suffering because he does not follow protocal. I now have no choice, but to continue treatment with other doctor.
Pros: thetechnician is nice and dfriendly
Cons: The doctor has a horrible personality, he does not help you in any way and he is in violation of HIPAA laws
