Review content:
On May 8, 2008, we had a salesperson from Renaissance Exteriors in our home to see about a window replacement project. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and we ultimately signed a contract for a whole house window replacement. We secured a home equity loan and a man returned in a few days to measure the windows. Per agreement, we were to give the man the equity check and he in turn would give us a check from Renaissance for one-half the cost of the project until the job was completed. The windows were supposed to be in by June 22. After the 4th of July when I hadn't heard from Renaissance, I called to see what was going on. In fact, so far I have called 32 times and left messages. No one answers the phone, and no one calls back. I have called JEFF PATTISON, owner, RON SIMON, production manager, ANGIE SMITH, production dept., MATT ROSSETER, salesperson, a person by the name of BEN LARSON, someone by the name of MAKELA, I believe, who was the scheduler, and no call backs. I became more concerned, so I called the company operator and asked for the company financial officer. She connected me with MIKE FANNING. After hearing my complaint and concerns, he said he would call me back in 15 minutes. I am still waiting 24 days later. They have my money for the entire project, no one will contact me, and now, when I call I get a message that says, ""all circuits are busy. Please call back later."" The project is 2 months overdue and I am out a large sum of money. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT AND THEY DO NOT RETURN THE TRUST THAT YOU AS A CUSTOMER WOULD PUT IN THEM. They claim to be the fastest growing home improvement company in the Twin Cities. I doubt that there are that many idiots like me around here! Renaissance Exteriors business cards state that they comply with 8 critical remodeling characterist, number 4 being ""No delay communication process."" Don't you believe it! Pros: there aren't any Cons: an unreliable company all the way around
