Review content:
I'm so sorry to have to read all the negative reviews about Renaissance Exteriors. I thought I was the only one! I contracted with RE in 2002 for vinyl siding and aluminum trim. It took them (two people) to below-zero winter to come to my house: one cut, one used a ladder. They were not qualified to work on an older home and had no respect for me or the job. It was done very badly and I had to call almost daily for close to a year to get people to come and look, to get someone to redo portions, etc. Caulking was very sloppy and was used to cover up mistakes. They were very quick, however, to collect the money. When I had new storm windows put on last year, the contractor couldn't believe the trim work and had trouble installing. Now, too, blisters and corrosion are appearing on the aluminum trim. This job caused me a lot of stress, anxiety and embarrassment. Whenever I think about the ordeal I get sick to my stomach!!!
