Review content:
We had a satisfactory experience earlier with the replacement of some 20 windows, but not so on this second project. We had six slider windows replaced in our Sun Porch and supposedly a Combination Storm Door. This seconed contract was dated on March 4, 2008 and we are still waiting August 18, 2008, for our Combination Door. For at least two months now, I have not even had the satisfaction of anyone,( NO ONE) returning myy numerous phone calls asking about our door and other adjustments that we need on the new windows. Because of their not even having the courtesy of a return phone call, I can not honestly recommend this company to others as we did in the past!
