DO NOT USE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE WORK!!! As other reviewers have mentioned, Renaissance Exteriors contractor license is currently suspended by the state of MN and has around 100 outstanding projects that have not been completed (mine is one of them). I had them replace my roof in May, which they did and it was fine. But then I signed a contract with them to replace the siding on my house. I paid the deposit of several thousand dollars and that's when things went south. There was delay after delay - supposedly their construction manager left or was fired or whatever and then they didn't have the crews to do the work. (Sounds like they weren't paying their people or ran out of cash.) Then they stopped answering their phone and returning my calls. It's now September and it's been 3 months and they still have my money, the work has not been done, and they won't return my calls. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! This company should be shut down by the state.
Pros: Absolutely none.
Cons: They will take your money and run. They shouldn't still be in business.
