I'm from the South and was in dire need for a kolache. Sadly, not many people in Seattle knew what a kolache even is. I work pretty close to the pike market, and just stopped by this place to check it out. I bought a few crumpets to share with my co-workers and an earl grey soy tea. I ordered a honey crumpet, raspberry & cream cheese, & a egg, cheese & tomato crumpet. My favorite of the three would be the raspberry & cream cheese. the egg & cheese was good, but not the best breakfast ever. The honey was pretty good too & inexpensive. I LOVE the tea here. You get free refills! An added bonus. One of the best i've had. I know kolache's & crumpets are in different categories, but I have to say the crumpets are quickly distracting me away from them. :)
