My advice is to STAY AWAY!!! I paid Charles Kellogg $55,000.00 over 5 years and he will not give me my Land Rover 109. I have a positive balance in my trust account with him, but he will not disburse that either. I was double billed for work. Billed for work not completed. And, billed for work allegedly done but not authorized by me. This has become a nightmare. I know of at least 3 other people who have had similar experience, including two who have successfully sued Charles Kellogg.
