Review content:
I was impressed at the selection of yarn for a small store, and the proprietor was quite helpful in helping me finding a yarn I wanted. She said that she could order it for me, and that she estimated it would be in in about 2 weeks, and that she would call me.
3 weeks went by, and I had not heard from her, so i stopped by to inquire. At this point, she told me that it was not in, and that she would call me when it did come in, however her tone made it clear that I had annoyed her. It has been over 2 months since I stopped in to ask about the yarn, and I have not heard from her.
In an age where customer service is a dying art, even though this store is convenient for me, and has a great selection of yarns, I will not be back.
