sorry, duplicate place...This program Works! I have not done it in many years and can't do it now. I did it a few times and can tell you that if you follow their plan PERFECTLY you will loose the weight needed. You may want to do some minor research on the HCG hormone before using and consult your doctor. But I can tell you that it truly will work for anyone that dedicates themself. I would do it again if needed.
