Your customer service is extremely lacking. 5 dollars a person for us to bring our own cake for Mother's Day? Obviously you don't care if you have repeat customers, because we will not be. Our party of 13 spent a lot of money. We sat at a crowded table(because you didn't prepare for our party), even though we called and reservations, but you don't take them? You must think that you will just be busy enough every night that you dont need them. Your food is over priced, you have no side selections. Fries? What am I five? Oh and I forgot the 20% automatic gratuity for seperate checks. I probably would have tipped more if they didn't add that. And the rude attitude that we received for it was not necessary. I have dined at the most expensive places in Milwaukee. I defiantly would not consider this place one of them. The 5 o'clock club downtown is much better.
