This is not even the 4th best Q in the area. It's a good thing that the criteria is ""mouth numbing"" and not good tasting! The meat is too fatty, over cooked (seems boiled rather than barbequed), the sauce is more like hot tomato water. I'm not sure that they'd allow this to be sold in Louisiana. If so, where so I can avoid it. Try Jones BBQ on MLK and Hudson. This is real Louisiana style BBQ!! Oh, and it comes in mild, hot, and painful (all very tasty and with lean meat).
