Terrible! I took in several pairs of shoes & a purse for complete over-hauls... they charged me $50.00 to fix one pair of loafers. I wore them in an office setting for 3 hours and a tear began in the bottom seam!!! I took in a purse as well that I though was broken- turns out it was an adjustable handle. They still charged me to ""fix"" it instead of being honest that it just needed to be adjusted!!! They also were not on time- I had to wait an extra week from the initial time they told me. Every area of service was terrible. If you love your shoes enough to take them to get fixed- don't take them here!
