I have been to many Boston spas and the service here is incredible. They educate you fully on anything you are having done (ex: how to fully prep for a service and what do afterwards) and give you their honest opinions on your choices. The staff is incredibly well-informed and and their prices are really reasonable (a lot less than what you'll see on Newbury). Ask for Sydney...she'll hook you up ;)
