Kitchens Plus installed a new dishwasher in our home last month, April 2012. (Our kitchen is pictured in its website gallery - a parade home kitchen that Kitchens Plus designed in 2001.) The dishwasher leaked when operated and over the course of a month, warped our Brazilian teak flooring, and leaked into the finished basement ceiling below. Mold has grown throughout kitchen and into basement drywall, requiring expensive mold testing and remediation and a complicated kitchen repair involving removal of granite countertop. Kitchens Plus owner refuses to do anything to help with repair. BUYER BEWARE!! There are many options in kitchen design and kitchen appliances. Choose to purchase from business owners who will back their products and will do the right thing by accepting responsibility when things go wrong with what they have provided. Based on this buyer's experience, this is NOT such a place.
