I'm kind of a jewelry nut so I've been in quite a few jewelry stores and had custom work and repair work done. The showroom is so unique and I found out the staff did the upfit themselves. They said after making jewelry pretty much anything else is fairly easy. I ask for the price of a repair and was pleasantly surprised at what a great price, then I watched as the jeweler, like an artist did my repair and polished my ring like it was new again. They had complimentary coffee, Coco, hot tea and wine... I had the wine :-) I also enjoyed watching them work via the big screen TV. I'll definitely be back. Daniel
