I bought several properties in the Pittsburg/Antioch area through Matt and he also manage my properties. I must say that I am very happy with his service. Matt is local (If I'm not mistaken he lived all his life in the Contra Costa county) and he knows where are the good neighborhoods are and where to take extra precautions. He's well connected with good contractors and handymen in case you need to give your property some TLC before renting or moving in.
As a property manager Matt is always on your side. He tries to avoid unnecessary expanses but still keep the tenants happy. His property management fees are also very reasonable.
I would recommend Matt Irvin to anyone who's interested in real estate investments in Conrta Costa.
