If you're going to spend over $2500 for a 1 bedroom...look elsewhere. The appliances are shiny, but constantly break down. The weed smoking is insane in the building. The dog pee in the carpet smells when it's humid. The women in the front office act like they hate their jobs, and you. You can hear your neighbors appliances (microwave, w/d) running due to thin walls. And the cheap plastic floors separate. The lounge is a haven for nannies...kids all day and night.
The maintenance staff and the front desk concierge folks are great. The office staff...sucks.
