My Ford Explorers fuel pump went, We called to get quotes due to it being 2 weeks before Christmas,My husband was given a total, but I was actually given the PART from my brother as a Christmas present (he works at an auto parts dealer in NH) So I called back to get a price on the labor and to see if they would put it in even though I have the part( I know some wont do that, and I understand that ) I just wanted to be sure and I was told "" YOU DONT NEED A PRICE YOU ALREADY GOT ONE "" Really Well I wont be going there and now after reading the reviews I glad I am NOT !! If they talk like that on the phone I can imagin in PERSON ! NOT worth my time ,,,,,, I never right a review on places like this but I have had it with being talk to like a PEICE OF DIRT !
