Review content:
After being told it would cost $2800 to ""possibly"" repair our broken a/c by a competitor, we called Precision Comfort for a 2nd opinion. Not only did Brent immediately spot a leak, he assured us our a/c could be repaired for under $600. He completed the repair - on time and on budget - and was very polite and respectful throughout the process.
Unlike the competitor, Brent's focus was NOT getting us to buy a new unit. His focus was SERVICE - something other companies simply do not offer.
