Review content:
This place is worth a trip from the other side of town. I am a rib fanatic and this place on a good night makes you think you have died and gone to heaven. I like my ribs a little on the juicy side as opposed to darker and drier. Ask for whichever you prefer and they will pull them from the smoker for you. They have great sauce which I have on the side. They also have the best french fries in town. Made with peanut oil and fresh potatoes. This is the real deal. The ribs come with really awesome texas toast and the best cole slaw I have ever had. Can't quite tell, but they may put a little bit of garlic or mustard in it??? Have been eating here since I moved in back in the 1988 time frame. The quality of the meat is excellent also. Ribs do tend to vary a bit, but on a good night here, you think you have died and gone to heaven to eat the perfect all time most smokey and delicious ribs you can imagine. I like to order my ribs with beer. Wondering what to do or where to go on a cold night in the winter??? My recommendation is to head over here. Have never tried the downtown location. 5 stars.!!!
