Erma gives the best brazilian bikini wax, almost painless, very thorough and over so quickly - it cannot get any better for a less than desirable procedure! She also gives a great facial and eyebrow wax, I can actually leave the spa looking renewed not red and inflamed. I have gone to Irina also for eyebrows and was thrilled with the results. Zhanna's manicure and pedicure were great too (and I am terribly particular!) Overall, a fantastic spa to go to, the staff is super friendly,knowledgeable and professional and the salon is immaculately clean!
Pros: located in Brookline village, no need to go to Boston
