When you come to a salon after a whole stressful day at work, seeing a face that's genuinely smiling at you is a great start to a wonderful feeling of relaxation ahead. I don?t know what it is, but it seems Erma is always smiling! I came in all stressed out, partially, because I was late, but there was no sign of any negative emotion on her face. She quickly brought me into the room and explained the process. I wanted facial, and she recommended in addition an organic peel. Yes, it was an extra cost, but I agreed to it, as I am not ashamed to ask how much additionally I would need to pay, and she was not hiding that either. She also explained the difference between chemical peel and organic. Let me tell you, the peel was worth the money. She did facial and all the rest, and I loved how gentle her hands were touching my skin during the massage. Being 40+, I pay attention to what happens to my skin, and I resent any harsh treatment. So, I recommend Erma for her very cheerful spirit and very professional care. Loved it!
