I have had nothing but good experiences going to Mapleview. We had switched vets from Mapleview to Ottawa Animal hospital on the recommendation of our trainer. When our pet became ill Ottawa Animal hospital dropped the ball quite literally! It took them almost two weeks of my pet going through excrutiating pain for them to diagnose her (and tons of money on our part with no results). Once we did receive a diagnosis it was all about the money and we were not given any options...Luckily, Mapleview was wiling to step in and take care of our pet without taking us to the cleaners to do it, and when it came time to put our pet down was nothing but compassionate and caring through the whole process. Jill Veldhof is a wonderful vet and has always answered all of our questions! We now bring our new puppy to see her...I would recommend her and Mapleview to anyone!
