I've been going to this resturant for at least 12 years. Let me tell you how to order your food if you don't want to pay for chips or if you don't want cole slaw. OK, Chips that are cold are free. If you want them warm, then there is a small charge. Some people don't like beans like myself, so they have an option. You have a choice of the 3. Or you can get double of whatever. So if you want rice and beans, just ask for rice and beans. If you want rice and cole slaw, ask for that. Or just double rice. Work it the way you would like it. My favorite order is the Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas. Wait staff is great. Complain if you would like about fries, but they are just being considerate by having that on the menu. Kids like fries.

Cons: no tv in dining area
