Review content:
Zen Rock has been my first real experience with a personal trainer on a regular basis. I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism that Michael displays. He has pushed me to limits I haven't reached in a long, long time! His holistic approach to training really resonates with me. It must work as I've lost 14 inches of fat in a little over a month. I've been seeing him to not only lose weight and get in shape, but for stress relief as well. His explanation of the ""fight or flight"" response in regards to how I need to manage my stress made total sense. It made more sense after I got to take my frustrations out on a helpless punching bag (and got a great workout in the process).
Pros: Knowledgeable staff; common-sense approach to overall fitness and well-being
Cons: It's not cheap, but I consider it an investment
