Amazing diagnostics and I believe that they are all trained by Dr. Murphy who is a great person and doctor as well.
My child was very ill and we were not allowed to go in that day because the girl said, "" there are a lot more sicker kids than yours"". She did not know what was wrong with my child at that point. I've heard from current patients as well that have the same problem. An ER appointment was necessary for a child with a severe trauma because of no appointment available. They would not provide the mother an appointment. Just maybe the doctors need to evaluate the horrible staff and realize it isn't the patients that are desperately trying to get their children in for illnesses. Going home a little early every day should not be a priority, and that is exactly what the girls are doing. So, my opinion of this office is that the doctors are very good quality, but they have poor office staff support. I could not let my child wait until the next day being that ill. I would never expect them to leave their children that sick for two days and I would never allow my children to be that sick without medical attention. I would have had to take them to the ER to get help.
If we were allowed we would return. If you leave the office to go to another doctor, even when you can't get in, they do not want you back in their office. So good way to ditch bad patients, right!
We may use alternative medicine because the medical community as a whole is becoming impossible to deal with including electronic records. I will never agree with my families information broadcasted over anyone's internet, including the medical facilities. Not the fault of one doctor, but they do use electronic medical records as well. Money within the AMA, paying off politicians, electronic records may help you once in a lifetime, if that, when your past out. Other than that, it is open season for every hacker and criminal every day of your life. That will be a problem in the future. Promise.
