It's not bad enough the amount of money that medical services cost but after being a good patient of record for two young girls for 10 years not once calling to cancel with short notice or not ever once not showing up for a scheduled appointment the first time I called to RESCHEDULE an appointment with approximately 20 hrs notice I was told that they would charge a $25.00 cancelation fee . I will keep my appointment and figure out a way to cost them at least double that amount. this office has no customer service and doesn't value the patient Doctor relationship at all my trust in them to take care of our most valuable assets ""our young people"" my children has been broken because of greed money is there first prioraty not patients.
