My movers were three hours late, furniture they disassembled to move they did not bother to reassemble upin delivery. And they offered no apoloogies for being late, only that it wasn't their fault. When I called hte following day the woman who answered the phone sounded shocked when I said they were scheduled for a 1-2pm pick up ad got there at 5:30pm. Oh not to mention that one of the movers wanted to know ""So, how can I get to know you a little bit better.""
I defnitely told all off my friends and coworks about such a disatsifying experience. Between being ridiculously late, offering excuses instead of apoloigies, and then trying to take me out, I regret not paying 20 dollars more an hour with another company.
You move you lose, that should be the company's motto.
