I called Lenoras for a long distance move to D.C.. Although the coordinator ( Alex ) was very helpful and informative, I got a little scared after reading some of the reviews and backed away from them. My mother on the other hand used them because they were available for her date. I warned her about the reviews and she went anyway. Quite naturally I was going to be there just in case something went wrong. The crew arrived and what happened next was not what I was expecting. They were very respectful and professional. They worked very hard and steady. taking care of my mothers stuff with covers, plastic wrap and straps. I was totally amazed. They completed a flawless move that was a horror for my mom when she moved in using another company. The overall bill went over about 45 minutes but it was worth paying. They really deserved it and the generous tip that was added. I was so pleased that I called and spoke to the office ( Alex ) while they were still at my mom's and reserved my move date. I'm moving in December to D.C. and I'm looking forward to the move. I've always been told to believe what I see and not what people say or write. These guys just solidified that in my mind. For those who say they had a bad experience with Lenoras, I say are you sure it was these guys. Like the title says: All I can say WOW!!!! Thanks Lenora's, can't wait til next month.
