I was very pleased with Matt Mertz Plumbing's service yesterday evening. I came home from work and pulled into my detached garage. I noticed a pipe was leaking very badly everywhere. I stormed into the house and turned the main water shut off valve off, but I did not know how to turn the water off from the house to the detached garage. I was in a complete panic hoping that the water won't create too much damage to my possessions I stored in the garage. I called Matts office and his secretary said she would have Matt call me right away. And he did! (With-in minutes!!!) I explained my predicament and he assured me that he would have that taken care of with in the hour. Matt's plumber Jesse showed up and changed the ball valves in the basement, and also from the house to the garage. Jesse also showed me if there was ever an emergency again right where to shut off all the valves. It took less than an hour and I was ecstatic with the service. I will be sure to use Matt Mertz Plumbing again. My home is 100+ years old and will definitely need maintenance.
