I consider myself an ice cream and frozen yogurt expert. Since moving to Boston a few years ago, I have sampled all the ice cream around town. It is time to share the secret of Denise's homemade ice cream with my fellow Beantowners.
Run to Denise's to try their oreo, chocolate or vanilla frozen yogurt. It is creamy and it actually has a lot of flavor.
The ice cream is perfect- not as decadent as Toscanini's. It is a balance of creaminess, richness and flavor.
When I am out of town, I can't help but fantasize about my favorite ice cream shop.
Pros: affordable, wide variety, good toppings
Cons: crowded, abrupt service
