this guy shows too much hours on simple jobs .....
I have caught him with wrong estimates twice ...
I have many bad experiences with this guy.
1. I had a Check engine light on and this guy connected the OBD meter and said your exhaust has issues. I will need to diagnose for 2 hours to give you a complete report and at the end of 2 hours he says you need to replace them. for $2500 I paid him full for 2 hours and consulted another mechanic who said my car is fine and he reset my light. Its been 6 months and my car works fine.
2. Went in for a oil change and when I returned to pick the car. The hood release button was not working and my hood was locked. It was broken by his guys. But he denied it and refused to touch the car except i pay him. Loser charged me $108 to get it unlocked.
3. Went in for oil change and when I got my car the splash guard was not present I had to go back and his guy said he threw it since it was not necessary for my car.
4. Went it for rear brake pads replacement when I came back home I noticed my bolt caps were not present. Had to drive back to him.
This guy is complete error prone and never gives you a realistic estimate. And he always finds reasons to get more $$ out of you. Since he was close to my house I used to trust my car to this guy but I have learnt a lesson and will never go back to this shop.
Pros: first come first server basis
Cons: Not honest, fakes estimates
