What a fabulous way to explore the field of meditation. Today was the first day of the 30 day challenge. The online meditation was simply amazing. It is fun to see all the interesting sharing from other challenge participants on the facebook page and blog page. I encourage everyone wanting to ""try"" out meditating to not miss this opportunity
