DO NOT TRUST THIS STORAGE!!! NUMEROUS BURGLARIES REPORTED WITHIN THE PAST YEAR FROM THIS COMPANY ON RECORD FROM THE POLICE DEPT. All our belongings taken from our storage, including boxes labeled with memories from a family member who passed away a few years ago were taken. Employees reported that they attempted to contact primary phone number for us on file regarding possible burglary. The staff NEVER contacted us by phone nor did they ever attempt to try the secondary person on file as backup contact person. We did not discover our storage robbed UNTIL WE PERSONALLY WENT THERE. Another customer who was overseas, found out all their belongings were COMPLETELY TAKEN. The thieves did not leave a single thing behind. The staff will NOT help with attempting to recover your belongings. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Their personal website shows ""ratings and reviews"" from previous customers...average rating 4.5 stars. COMPLETELY INACCURATE! They took out the option to add new reviews since May 2012. That is during the time a lot of burglaries occured. They are trying to hide their incompentency!
