It took FOUR hours for Ann to highlight my hair. The foils were not close to the root and the bleach spilled through the foils and made the entire front portion of my head BLEACH blonde (and I have dark hair) and spotty. She made no attempt to correct or tone it and my hair suffered great damage.
I had to wait two weeks before I could touch it again and in the meantime, I had to wear hats and scarves to cover the very apparent mistakes. It honestly looked as though someone dropped a bottle of bleach on my head. Perhaps this resulted from the very apparent spat between her and the store manager over Ann trying to steal customers for her private business.
In all of the years of having my hair highlighted, this is the most shoddy workmanship and quality I have encountered. The lack of professionalism was also a concern given that I felt I was on a talk show rather than receiving a service from a business.
Perhaps my experience highlights the worst (pun not intended), but it was poor enough that I felt it warranted a review to caution other potential customers.
