Review content:
I enrolled my children at this facility thinking it was a great program. However, while watching a live stream from their webcam, I seen a teacher pick up my 1 year old by her arm and drag her across the room. I immediately contacted the school and was lied to repeatedly (""nothing happened""). After persistence, I was able to view the footage 3 days after the incident. I was enraged! The owners then offered money, so we would not pursue the matter further. However, the sad part to this story is that the teacher is still employed with Shining Stars at the Ballantyne location. The previous reviews were all written by the centers owner - Vic Shahid. I urge you to request more information from the school. The incident occurred on January 5, 2010, at 3:40 pm.?
