I brought my car here to get fixed after an accident (commerce insured). I asked them to take care of the engine and the bumper damage. They took care of the bumper damage, but barely looked at the engine damage, then told me that the insurance would not cover it (I had to insist that they call the appraiser). If they had been more on the ball about my car, I could have called the insurance company to deal with this myself. Also, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! I got a car that ran horribly and had tons of body damage. They then pointed out one of like 8 dents and said it was not there before I rented it. It felt to me as though they were trying to strong arm me to give them a few hundred dollars.
Pros: Good work for the jobs they actually do.
Cons: Slow, they give you the run around, and sketchy car rental service.
