You think city hall is bad to deal with try working with this bloated, oversized disaster! Took half the day to find out a managers name and get a number. Runaround, Runaround and more runaround. Sales person kept lowering and lowering price, so the pricing is not fixed. They try to get what they can from you. Most importantly I was told I could ""cancel at anytime"" but I was deceptively locked into my contract....very deceptive!!! When I finally got a manager I was told ""I will look into this"" No call back....No statements NO contact for 7 months, ""I assumed all is well"" you know what you do when you assume. I then get contacted by a collection agency who off the record told me I was not the first with this issue. No contact for seven months? After I had left message after message with no return from them, then I get put into collections? Do yourself a favor....steer clear or have your lawyer at the table with you. THINK YOUR CABLE BILL IS HIGH? TRY ADVERTISING WITH THEM!!!!!!!
