In March 2009, I contracted with this outfit to demolish my collapsed brick garage, remove the debris, and install a chain-link fence with a gate around the perimeter of the former garage for an enclosed rear parking pad.
They had some kind of altercation with my neighbor across the alley from me and abruptly left without completing the job as agreed upon. Vanished without as much as a kiss or a tube of K-Y. Now, my neighbor wants to sue me and my backyard is exposed to anything and everybody.
Reportedly, they were never licensed to do business in Chicago, and can't be found.
