Mr. Duffy prefers to use this as a sounding board rather than return my phone calls. We have installed over 100 windows in this E Boston condo without complaint (s).
This installation was done over 1 year ago.
If this complaint is valid then a 1/4"" leak on such large windows would allow so much water into his 5th floor unit Mr. Duffy would need a row boat.
I again will reach out through this format and ask Mr. Duffy to contact us to resolve whatever issue he might or might not have
