RECON gave me a quote over the phone and guaranteed the price, then they matched the price from Bumpermedic, then they polished the scratches around my door handles that have been bugging me for a year, free of charge. The bumper looks brand new, I can't tell they even worked on my car. My only complaint is the car came back dirty, even though they said the paint was too fresh to wash, it'd be nicer if it wasn't so dusty. Thanks a bunch guys, I'm a big fan and will recommend you to everyone I know.
