When first opening the Web Page for USBank -- or any bank anywhere - possibly the most important single piece of information is BANKING HOURS. USBank is a bank -- and bank offices have always operated between certain hours,
Perhaps there is too much reliance by USBank's management on the Internet. Nevertheless, bottom line: When accessing USBank's Web Page ANYWHERE, I think most customers (let's dispense with the obnoxious business clich? ""consumer"" which word reminds me of grazing cattle that don't have choices .. unless that's what CUSTOMERS have become!) wish certain basic information up front and center:
1) USBank's Branch Phone number. GOOD That's there.
2) USBank's Branch exact location: GOOD That's there.
3) USBank's Branch exact business hours: Oops! Not there.
4) USBank's Branch e-mail address for contact to a Branch official: Oops! Not there.
Now then, maybe the ""missing"" information is well concealed somewhere at this site. But when I first open the page I don't see it.

By the way, I have ALWAYS had GREAT service at the 6600 Clayton Rd branch counter at Schnucks by all the staff and especially the manager Babette. Always friendly, polite, attentive, intelligent, and competent, I am every time when I visit that branch treated by them like a highly valued customer (and not a ""consumer""!).
