If you want to be coddled, and treated with kid gloves because your sensitive, this isn't your gym. The workout routine at UBS is about responsibility in every aspect of your life. Your diet, your workouts, your intensity, and your agreements to pay the man for his time and education. I did my research on Ron before starting, and he's everything that I read. Knowledgable, helpful, and willing to answer questions. He's also not willing to let me fail without giving me some grief about it...thats his job. If your looking for someone to smile at you all the time, and tell you your doing great, when your intensity sucks, or you don't show up...this isn't the place for you. I also read somewhere that one of the other reviewer's like more amenites at his gyms? Nothing against the big chains like LIfetime etc. but the people who seriously are working out there...you dont' see them in the sauna, or in the hot tub....thats not working out folks. Intensity is everything.
