Review content:
The gym is small, dirty and most of the equipment is broken or taped together. I was on a bike when one of the pedals came off. That was three weeks ago and the bike still hasn't been fixed. People have fallen off bikes where the seat has come loose. Ron has multiple trainers that work for him and only one is certified. I've heard nothing but horror stories from other members about the treatment they've received from Ron. He's constantly asking us to promote this business for him. Well here you go, Ron. If you want a small, filthy gym with an owner who doesn't care and never shows up on time, then join here. Flush your money down the drain! If you work out hard, and follow the program (which looks suspiciously like the South Beach Diet), you'll lose weight. But you could easily save yourself a ton of money and grief and go somewhere else.
