I purchased my first pair of vans yesterday and it was wonderful. the salesperson (tyler) was so helpful. he helped me find my perfect fit, and when they didnt have my size in the style i liked he offered to look online for me. when we found my shoes online he went one step farther and reccomeded we use a giftcard instead of our credit card (for our security). i look for good customer service like this everyday. i dont always find it though. good job tyler!!!
